Digital Participation Scotland report from Scottish Government

Over the past few days there have been 3 high profile reports published about Digital Participation Scotland. First to publish was the Scottish Government report Digital Participation: A National Framework for Local Action which was published on 24 April.

BBC News – ‘Fastest ever’ broadband passes speed test

BT & Alcatel-Lucent have achieved a broadband connection of 1.4 terabits per second between the BT tower in London and a site in Ipswich. In December 2010 Yahoo  announced (in so far as a leaked slide from an internal presentation can be an announcement) that they were sunsetting the del.icio.us book marking service. Most people took this as they were closing the service, they were in fact it turns out, selling it.
